Notes on Literacy
SIL International is proud to release an anthology collection of more than 100 articles from the Notes on Literacy journal that have proved consistently valuable to literacy practitioners. On this page, the articles are available to read online or download for personal use or in teaching. If you are interested in any other use, please write via the Contact Us form.
SIL International has a rich history of publishing cutting-edge research through several journals. From the 1960s through the 1990s there were “Notes on …” series for several academic disciplines in which SIL International has consistently conducted research, including Notes on Anthropology, Computing, Linguistics, Literacy, Sociolinguistics, and Translation.
Subsequently, these journals have been published electronically through the LinguaLinks Library and Translator’s Workplace.
You may acquire the complete collection of Notes on Literacy from our LinguaLinks Library.
